Happy Congratulations Coming Your Way!

All of my CLOclub members get a chance at being hostess and therefore harvesting all the Hostess benefits from the club order!  They sometimes also host a separate workshop in their home to add orders and thus more Hostess Dollars!  Susana did just that . . . and ended up with $65 Hostess Dollars to spend on anything and the chance to also purchase one item for 1/2 price!  She was thrilled.  Way to go, Susana!

This card was one we made at her workshop - another Clean-n-Clever card, enjoyed by all her guests.

The ribbon end is looped under and attached to itself with a couple Gluedots, the ends were banner cut, and the whole piece just fastened to the card with Snail adhesive!

I made a few extra for myself in an alternate color scheme . . .

All supplies are Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted.

Happy Congratulations, Graduate!

Happy Thursday, stampers!  Do you have graduates in your family?  I do, and I've been busy making grad cards for them and for others.  Here is another one of my creations - a fun Joy Fold card!

Can you see from this angle how the smaller card on the right folds into the larger base card on the left?

You can used just about any dimensions for a Joy Fold card as long as you have a small card and a large card that fold together.

I made the card in both a gray version and a black version.

The cute Japanese lanterns use the 2-Step Stamping technique:  The outline is stamped first, then the circular lantern stamp is used in various colors to 'color in' the lantern outlines.  Fun and kinda artsy!
